I’m gonna be honest here. BLUE HOUR, so the hour before sunrise or the hour after sunset because the colors are more vibrant. Because you are going when the sun isn’t completely up the summer and fall are all great seasons. Note the road is not paved and if it rains to much they may become impassible. It’s important to have a backup location if this ends up being the case. A high clearance vehicle is a MUST.
